SCA is represented in Russia within Personal Care with Libero baby diapers, DryKids baby diapers, TENA incontinence care products and Libresse feminine care products. SCA is represented in Russia within Tissue with Zewa toilet paper, kitchen towels, napkins and handkerchiefs as well as Tork hygiene solutions. SCA is a leading supplier of toilet paper and away-from-home tissue in Russia.
SCA Hygiene Products Russia’s headquarters is situated in Moscow with five sales & marketing offices in St Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk. Moreover SCA has manufacturing sites in Svetogorsk, Leningrad region (personal care products) and Sovetsk, Tula region (tissue products).

SCA Transforest has container traffic between northern Sweden, Rotterdam, Stockholm and St. Petersburg.
History
SCA entered the Russian market in 1994 by signing an agreement with Tambrands and introduced Libresse feminine care products on the market. 1995 SCA launched Libero baby diapers in Russia. One year later SCA’s office in St Petersburg opened. 1997 SCA Hygiene Products Russia was founded. 1998 SCA acquired the tissue factory in Svetogorsk. 1999 Tork hygiene solutions were launched in the Russian Federation.
In 2000 SCA acquired a share of the packaging factory in Komsomolets, Leningrad region. 2002 SCA renamed the packaging factory in Timashevsk into SCA Packaging Kuban, while the packaging factory in Komsomolets was divided between SCA Packaging St Petersburg and JSC Komsomolets. In 2004 SCA celebrated ten years of success in Russia. 2006 SCA Packaging opens a new design center in St Petersburg.
In 2010 SCA inaugurates a tissue factory in Sovets and a personal care products factory in Veniov.
In 2011 SCA takes the decision to invest in a second tissue machine in Sovetsk, scheduled to commence in 2013. SCA also divests the packaging operations in Kuban and St. Petersburg. The same year SCA opened container traffic to St. Petersburg.
2012 SCA is offering DryKids baby diapers in selected health care channels.
